HALLIWELLS was established 1886 by Herbert Halliwell. For 50 years it was known as Horner and Burns. The firm is now owned by Ken Horner and includes consultant, Preston Bulfin, and staff solicitor, Andrew Ritson. It is a pre-eminent law firm in Taranaki.
